Dharma is a Sanskrit word, rooted in the Eastern philisophies, which has a range of meanings, but here, it refers to the essential function, or nature of a thing. So in its simplest sense, Dharma-Art is Art that expresses True Nature. Ikebana,  the Japanese art of flower arrangement, is such an Art form and is perhaps one of the most accessible to almost anyone. It only requires a little time, inclination and a teacher to convey not just technique, but the Spirit of the Art.
